Shipping rates and timelines
Radiant & Real currently ships within the United States. USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail options are calculated at checkout. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Order processing
Every order is prepared in small batches and typically leaves our studio within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships. Carrier transit time begins after processing and may vary by destination.
Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery when they remain in their original condition and packaging. Because our skincare products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or missing orders
If something arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
