Return Policy
We hope you love your Radiant & Real products. Because our skincare products are personal-use items, we're unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return window
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Radiant & Real within seven days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the item so the situation can be reviewed and made right.
Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Final sale
Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale.
